Hosted under the patronage of the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, this conference was a gathering of the most influential contributors in the field of Diabetes.

It is critical to accelerate the transition of islet replacement therapy in diabetes from ‘Bench to Bedside.’ Therefore, the Mayo Clinic Regenerative Diabetes International Conference on Islet Regeneration & Replacement brought together academia and industry leaders from diverse areas of islet regenerative research to Mayo Clinic.

The symposium program addressed a variety of learning objectives and topics and was designed for basic and translational researchers, clinicians, and representatives from funding and regulatory agencies that are involved in various aspects of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapeutics for Diabetes Mellitus.
